Shipping Policy
You can order and purchase online by visiting our products page. Alternatively, if you would prefer to order your products via email or telephonically, you can email your order to orders@taahirah.co.za or call us at 023 230 0210.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days unless otherwise notified, and will be delivered via door-to-door courier within 3-5 working days from date of payment, depending on where in South Africa you live.

Please let us know by emailing orders@taahirah.co.za and we will contact the courier service to follow up on the whereabouts of your order. In the unlikely event that your order goes missing, we will send you a new one.

We hope that you will be happy with your new goodies, but if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please email us and send a picture with your request to orders@taahirah.co.za. Requests will only be considered provided that the products are in their original, unopened, undamaged and unused condition. Refunds and surplus funds will be allocated in the form of a cash discount for our online store.
Should an exchange or refund be considered, please note that you will be liable for the courier costs incurred.
We only currently ship within South Africa. We’ll be sure to let you know if this changes.
If you are ordering online, you can pay via Instant Electronic Funds Transfer or by Credit Card. We use PeachPayments , a safe and simple payment gateway. If you would prefer to order via email or telephonically, we’ll email you an invoice which you can pay via EFT.
